Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and proof of purchase.
🚚 Pickup Policy
At Saxon Bags, we prioritize a seamless return process, but customers must adhere to our pickup policy:
- We schedule one (1) pickup attempt per return request
- You will be informed in advance of the date and time
- If unavailable or uncooperative during that time, you may bear the cost of rescheduling
- Improperly packed returns are not covered for damage
- Authorized agents will provide official ID and a collection receipt

💸 Refund Policy
At Saxon Bags, we are committed to delivering premium-quality bags with a smooth customer experience.
✅ Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- If the product is undelivered for more than 20 working days after dispatch
- Once product dispatch we will not refund the amount until more than 20days
- If the same item is damaged repeatedly in multiple 2 delivery attempts
- In any approved return case after inspection
Once your case is verified, refunds are processed within 24 hours. The amount is credited to the original payment method and should reflect within 1 business day (bank timelines may vary).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via UPI, bank transfer, PhonePe, GPay, or PayPal as provided by the customer.
